At The Lookout we provide:

• Quality education and experiences based around the Early Years Learning Framework.
• The unique location of The Lookout Early Education Centre on the Sydney Harbour foreshore, enables us to provide excursions and bushwalks for our children that allow a range of learning opportunities around nature and the local environment. Our Back to Bush program has the children out exploring their glorious backyard.
• To enrich the children’s learning, a diverse extra curriculum program is provided to all of our age groups. It is delivered by specialists such as Bonjour Babies, Dance at the Mosman Dance Academy, Mighty Mites, Drama, Ready Steady Go Kids.
• Many incursions at the centre as well as excursions around the local community with weekly visits to the markets to pick up fresh produce.
• Nutritious, healthy meals, prepared by our full time cook, are served four times a day. Organic fruit and vegetables are sourced, and meat is purchased from a local butcher.
• Physical activity is embedded into our daily program, including bushwalks around the local harbour foreshore.
• Indoor physical environments are set up to encourage both group and individual work areas for active play as well as relaxation and are designed to encourage opportunities for exploration and the construction of knowledge.
